RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of the order is possible from the date of placing the order until 14 days (fourteen days) from the date of receipt of the order by the customer, or in the case of self-collection, up to 14 days (fourteen days) from the date of receipt of the notification from the website or the operating company that the order has been packed and is waiting for the customer to collect it himself as specified in these regulations. This period of time is defined as the cancellation period (hereinafter: the "Cancellation Period").
It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of sales and/or end-of-season sales can be returned/exchanged within 24 hours of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

The delivery date to the customer’s address is:
• 3–7 business days within Israel
• 5–10 business days worldwide
Delivery times are counted from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received (whichever occurs later), unless stated otherwise on the website for a specific product, or unless the customer receives different instructions by email or phone from a JOMO representative.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
